2020 Health Law Institute Webinar Series
This fall, Foulston's healthcare attorneys will present the 2020 Health Law Institute – a three-part, biweekly webinar series that will provide a virtual in-depth examination of the most pressing legal issues facing the healthcare industry. Register now and join us to discuss a variety of topics, including the impacts of final rules from the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on Information Blocking (compliance deadline November 2, 2020) and the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic healthcare providers are still learning to navigate. We'll also take a look at what we can learn from healthcare litigation in 2020, and what we can expect that's yet to come.
Attendees will hear from our experienced team on the top healthcare issues, laws, and regulations impacting physicians, medical facilities, and other healthcare providers. Downloadable materials to use as a desk resource and access to view recorded versions of all sessions online at your convenience are included with registration. HRCI, SHRM, and Kansas and Missouri CLE credit will be requested for live webinar participants; see details below.
A one-time registration gives you full access to every session. The fee is $150 and includes live and recorded access and downloadable materials for all three sessions in the series.
